Steps
- Step 1
In 1/2 cup soya granules, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp besan and 1/2 tbsp ghee.
- Step 2
Mix everything well and make cylindrical shaped kebabs.
- Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil and shallow fry seekh kebabs till it turns golden brown.
- Step 4
Serve Hot.
