- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp butter, add 1/8 cup diced onion, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, 1/8 cup diced green capsicum, 1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1 tbsp sweet corn and saute.
- Step 2
Add water as required and simmer over low flame until vegetables are cooked
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chili sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar and salt for taste
- Step 4
Simmer over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves
- Step 6
Serve warm
