- Step 1
For Dimsum Stuffing
In a bowl add 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Dimsum
In a bowl add 1/4 cup maida,1/4 cup wheat flour, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough in square shape and cut it into small square sheets.
- Step 5
Add filling on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet.
- Step 6
Shape into dimsums.
- Step 7
For Soup
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
- Step 8
Add water as required, dimsum,1/8 cup chopped green cabbage, 1/8 cup chopped mushroom, 1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/8 tsp rice vinegar,1/8 tsp salt, mix and cook it well.
- Step 9
Serve hot
