In a bowl add cooked sanwa millet, 1/4 cup boiled chopped potato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and peanuts powder

Mix everything together
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts.
- Step 4
Heat a pan with oil for frying
- Step 5
Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking. Take a small portion of the batter, shape it into a round ball, and then create a hole in the center, forming a doughnut shape.
- Step 6
Gently slide the shaped vadas into the hot oil.
- Step 7
Cook until the vadas are golden brown and crispy on both sides
- Step 8
Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Step 9
Serve hot with chutney or Nestlé A+ Curd.
