Ingredients

- Step 1
Add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass and saute well.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped mushroom and 2 tsp chopped spring onion.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding tofu.
- Step 4
Add water as required, 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and let it simmer.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
