In a bowl, add 3tbsp oats that has been ground to a powder, 1 tsp grated cucumber, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp chopped palak, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, water and mix everything well to form a semi thick batter.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding ragi flour.
- Step 3
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and pour a ladle of batter.
- Step 4
Spread the batter and roast it till crispy.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
