- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp oats flour, 1 tsp grated broccoli, 1 tsp grated carrot, 1 tsp grated beetroot, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tsp suji and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, salt for taste and a little water for thick batter consistency
- Step 3
Cover and rest for 5 minutes
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan, brush with oil, pour a ladle of batter.
- Step 6
Cook until golden brown, flip and cook another side till done
- Step 7
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or chutney
