Prepreparation,

Cook 1/3rd cup rice and keep aside.
- Step 3
For pulao,
- Step 4
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.
- Step 5
Add 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper corns, 1/2 tsp jeera, 4 green elaichi, 1/2 tsp chopped red chilli and saute well.
- Step 6
Once mixed, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped peas, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7
Cover and allow to cook.
- Step 8
When the vegetables are cooked, add the cooked rice.
- Step 9
Cover and cook again.
- Step 10
Serve hot with 1 small bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd.
