- Step 1
Mix 1 tbsp ragi flour with required water and make a slurry.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil then add 1 bay leaf, 1 green elaichi, 1 clove, 1 star anise, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding tofu.
- Step 4
Add water as required, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tsp lemon juice, mix and cover it with a lid. Cook it well.
- Step 5
Add the ragi slurry, mix and cook till the soup thickens.

Serve hot.
