Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tbsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper, 1/2 tsp jeera, 4 green elaichi, 1/2 tsp chopped dry red chilli and saute.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp chopped french beans, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped cauliflower, 1/4 tsp salt and mix all vegetables.
- Step 4
Cover and cook until tender.
- Step 5
Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 6
Cover and cook for a minute.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
