- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup sabudana that has been soaked, 1/4 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1 tsp grated carrot, 1 tsp chopped green capsicum,1 tsp chopped cabbage, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 5
Roll the mixture into balls and press gently.
- Step 6
In a pan, heat oil for frying.
- Step 7
Fry the patties till they turn golden brown.
- Step 8
Serve hot with mint chutney
