- Step 1
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2 tbsp oil, 2 no. cloves, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped onion ,2 tsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp chopped carrot, 2 tsp peas and saute well.
- Step 2
Add water, 1 no. bay leaf, cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 3
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
