- Step 1
For Vegetable Stuffing
In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped capsicum,1 tbsp chopped broccoli,1/4 tsp black pepper,1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Wonton
In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour,1/8 cup corn flour,1/2 tsp butter,
- Step 3
water as required and knead into the dough.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.
- Step 5
Add vegetable stuffing on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then give a shape into the wonton.
- Step 6
Place them in a steamer pan and steam until cooked.
- Step 7
Cook and serve.
