Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp rai, 4 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 4 cashewnut, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp rice and 2 tsp moong.
- Step 2
Pour water as required to cook
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4
Cover the lid and pressure cook it to 2 whistles.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6
Serve warm
