- Step 1
To start off first prepare litchi syrup by cooking half the quantity of litchi with 1 tbsp sugar.
- Step 2
Next squeeze and collect ginger juice from 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
- Step 3
Muddle ginger juice, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 3 basil leaves,1 tbsp lemon juice, remaining chopped litchi and 1/8 tsp pink salt in a glass with the back of a spoon or a muddler until the basil and lychees are crushed a bit.
- Step 4
Add 3 ice cubes, prepared litchi syrup and pour 1 cup sparkling water on top.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds.
- Step 6
Stir in the ingredient and serve chilled.
