Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, 2 tbsp whole wheat flour and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Pour water and whisk until smooth
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp chopped jaggery and mix until it dissolves well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 5
Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well
- Step 6
Garnish with 2 tsp walnut powder and serve warm
