- Step 1
Grind 1 tbsp chopped pista, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tbsp watermelon seeds, 1 tsp khas khas, 4 black peppercorns, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and kesar strand to a fine powder and set the thandai mix aside

In a blender add 1 cup chopped watermelon, 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, thandai mix and 1 tbsp sugar powder
- Step 3
Blend until smooth
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 5
Serve chilled
