- Step 1
In a bowl add 5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp ghee and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Add water and knead a little hard dough.
- Step 4
Divide into equal parts, flatten and roll it into round shape.
- Step 5
Heat tawa, place the bhakri and smear 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 6
Roast the bhakri on both sides evenly by pressing it gently with a wooden press till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
