Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp olive oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute for a minute

Add boiled moong, 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1 egg and combine well
- Step 3
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, , 1/4 tsp chaat masala, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well and set aside
- Step 6
Take 2 brown wheat bread slices and apply 1.5 tsp butter evenly
- Step 7
Add a spoonful of stuffing, cover with another slice, cut into half and serve with chutney or ketchup
