- Step 1
For the dosa
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated cucumber, 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/4th tsp salt and enough water
- Step 2
Mix it till a smooth consistancy
- Step 3
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp ghee
- Step 4
Pour and spread a paddle of the batter
- Step 5
Roast it well
- Step 6
Flip the dosa and roast evenly.
- Step 7
Serve it with mint coriander chutney.
- Step 8
In a mixie jar, add 1/8 cup chopped pudina
- Step 9
add 1/8th cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and enough water
- Step 10
Grind and make the chutney
- Step 11
Serve Hot
