Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp fresh coconut and salt for taste.
- Step 2
Knead into a semisoft dough using warm water as required
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 5
Divide into equal parts and roll it evenly
- Step 6
Heat a tava and roast on both sides until light brown
- Step 7
Apply ghee and stack the roti
- Step 8
Serve with curries or raita
