Steps
- Step 1
In a blender add 1/8 cup cooked moong, 1 tbsp jaggery powder and 1/8 tsp elaichi powder
- Step 2
Blend until smooth
- Step 3
Heat a pan, add moong mixture and simmer over low flame
- Step 4
Add water to adjust the consistency
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp coconut milk, 4 saffron strands and simmer over low flame
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 7
Garnish with roasted cashewnuts and serve warm
