- Step 1
For Whole Wheat Roti
In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 4
For Chicken Mixture
Cook 1/4 cup shredded chicken.
- Step 5
In a pan heat,1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8th tsp jeera,1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/4th tsp grated ginger,1/8th tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 6
Add into the 1/4th cup shredded cooked chicken,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4th tsp jeera powder,1/4th tsp dhania powder,1/4th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 7
Place whole wheat roti and spread the chicken mixture.
- Step 8
Roll it with a hand and serve.
