- Step 1
For Wet Ingredient
In a mixing bowl add 100 ml unsalted buttermilk, 2 tbsp powder sugar,1/8 tsp baking soda and mix it well.
- Step 2
For Dry Ingredient
In a mixing bowl add 3/4 cup wheat flour,1/2 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well.
- Step 3
Add dry ingredient to the wet ingredient and add 1.5 tbsp gulkand and mix all together.
- Step 4
Pour batter in the greased mold and tap the mold.
- Step 5
Sprinkle on top of the cake batter 1 tsp chopped almonds and 1 tsp chopped pista.
- Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Step 7
Cut into the pieces and serve.
