- Step 1
For Whole Wheat Roti
In a bowl 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 2
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 4
For Rajma Mixture
In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8 tsp jeera,1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.
- Step 5
Add into the mashed rajma,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp Salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Place whole wheat Roti and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and rajma mixture. Add 1 tbsp julienne cabbage.1 tbsp julienne onion on top of the rajma mixture.
- Step 7
Roll it with a hand and serve.
