- Step 1
For Mushroom Mixture
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add 1/4 tsp jeera,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it till golden brown in color.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup chopped mushroom,1/8 cup chopped green capsicum,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding ginger.
- Step 4
Add water if required, cover and cook it well.
- Step 5
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 6
For Momo
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oil and mix.
- Step 7
Add water as required and knead into dough.
- Step 8
Roll out into a small round shape, add the mushroom mixture & seal.
- Step 9
Cover & steam the momos until well cooked.
- Step 10
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
