Steps
- Step 1
Soak and cook 1.5 tbsp quinoa.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1/4 egg ,1/2 cup whole wheat flour, cooked quinoa,1 tbsp oil,3 tbsp brown sugar,1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix it well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 4
Pour batter in a greased muffin mold and bake at 325 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
- Step 5
Serve.
