- Step 1
For Tofu
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup diced tofu, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add the marinated tofu and roast it well.
- Step 3
For Yellow Gravy
Mix 1 tbsp Nestle maggi coconut milk powder with water as required to make coconut milk and keep aside.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tbsp jeera, 1/2 cup diced broccoli, and saute.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, prepared paste, coconut milk, mix and cook until the broccoli is cooked.
- Step 6
Add into the roasted marinated tofu, mix and simmer it for a few minutes.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
