For making Zucchini Paneer Bhurji
Heat kadhai on low flame and add 1 tsp oil in it.
- Step 2
Once the oil heats, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4th tsp dhania seeds and saute well.
- Step 3
Now add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
Then add 1/8 cup chopped zucchini, 1/4 cup cubed paneer and mix well.
- Step 5
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Serve hot with pav.Enjoy.
