Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 2 tsp chopped roasted peanuts and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup grated green zucchini, 1/8 cup grated beetroot and saute until soft
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4
Turn off the heat and let it cool
- Step 5
In a bowl add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd,1/8 tsp black salt, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and whisk until smooth
- Step 6
Add the sauteed vegetable mixture and mix well
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 8
Serve chilled.
