- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp grated green zucchini, 1/4 tsp black til, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt.

Mix all ingredients well.

Add water as required to form a smooth and thick batter
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5
Rest the batter for 5 minutes
- Step 6
Heat anonstick tawa, brush it with oil, add a ladle of batter and spread it evenly
- Step 7
Roast until crisp and flip and cook the other side
- Step 8
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
