- Step 1
For kulcha dough
Take 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8 tsp salt, knead into soft dough and keep it aside
- Step 2
For the filling
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp grated zucchini, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney and mix it well
- Step 3
For Kulcha
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing in the kulcha.
- Step 4
Fold and seal the edges.
- Step 5
Flatten the kulcha and apply water on base.
- Step 6
Transfer to a hot tawa and add 2 tsp ghee on top.
- Step 7
Roast the kulcha well on both the sides.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
