Steps
- Step 1
First, dry roast 3 tbsp of suji.
- Step 2
Then, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Step 4
Then add 1/8 tsp hing, 45 curry leaves and 1.5 tbsp chopped onion.
- Step 5
Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp of chopped tomato,1/8 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp red chilli and mix well.
- Step 7
When the oil starts to separate from the mix, add palak puree and the roasted suji.
- Step 8
Season with1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 9
Add a sufficient quantity of water.
- Step 10
Cover with a lid & let it cook.
