- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp jowar flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required, and mix well.

Knead it into a soft dough and rest the dough for a few minutes.
- Step 3
For Stuffing
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp salt, and mix well. Keep it aside.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 5
For Paratha
Take a dough and roll it out into a small roti. Place stuffing in the center and seal the edges.
- Step 6
Roll into a paratha and place on a heated pan, roast it from both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
