Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Puree onion to 1/4th cup and tomato to 1/8th cup and keep aside.
- Step 2
Take a kadhai and heat 1/2 tsp oil in it.
- Step 3
Saute 1/4th cup paneer cubes till golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 4
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 6
Add the onion puree and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Saute till golden brown.
- Step 7
To this mixture, add the tomato puree, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and salt to taste. Mix it well.
- Step 8
Now add 1/4th cup fresh peas, 1/4th cup diced potato and mix well.
- Step 9
Add a little water, cover and let it simmer.
- Step 10
Now add the sautéed paneer and mix well.
- Step 11
Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
