- Step 1
Heat kadai on low flame, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and saute well.
- Step 2
Now add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute well. Then add water and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp boiled green peas, 1/2 cup boiled diced potato, saute well.
- Step 4
Finish it by adding 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, tomato puree and mix well.
- Step 5
Cover and allow to cook until done. .
