Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp mustard oil, add 1/4 tsp kalonji, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp sugar and mix.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp posto paste and saute.
- Step 3
Add water to adjust the consistency and mix well.
- Step 4
Add boiled and chopped potato and saute.
- Step 5
Drizzle 1/2 tsp mustard oil on the aloo posto.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 7
Serve hot with roti or rice
