- Step 1
Knead wheat flour dough and boil potato. Keep aside.
- Step 2
In a bowl add 1/2 cup boiled diced potato, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

Mash and mix well.
- Step 4
Now roll the dough, add a spoon of stuffing in the centre of the rolled dough.
- Step 5
Cut into triangular shape and fold into samosa shape.
- Step 6
Deep fry the singara until golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chutneys.
