- Step 1
Mix 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt, water as required and knead into soft dough.
- Step 2
In a mixing bowl add 1/8 cup cooked shredded chicken,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 3
Give a nestle twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 4
Take the kneaded dough and divide dough in half. Roll out each portion of dough into a thin roti.
- Step 5
Take one roti then spread chicken stuffing over it, apply water on sides of roti then cover it with the second roti and press the edges to seal well.
- Step 6
Place the paratha on a heated tawa and roast with 1/4th tsp ghee from both the sides.
- Step 7
Serve.
