- Step 1
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan at a low flame, add 1/4 cup grated apple and sauté.
- Step 2
Once the apples are slightly browned, add 1 tbsp sugar, allow it to caramelise and keep aside.
- Step 3
Heat another pan at a low flame and pour in 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 4
Add the previously caramelised apple, 2 tbsp poha and keep stirring.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 6
Allow it to simmer for a few minutes before taking it off the flame and transferring to a serving bowl.
- Step 7
Serve.
