Steps
- Step 1
Heat kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 3 no. kadi patta, saute well.
- Step 2
Then add 1/4 cup julienne french beans, 1/4 cup diced pumpkin, 1/4 cup boiled & diced yam & saute well.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 tsp salt & followed by coconut paste & mix it well.
- Step 4
Then add water & let it simmer. Cover with lid & cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
