Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and 4 kadi patta.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onions and saute until tender.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tbsp grated carrot and cook for a minute.
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5
Add soaked barley and pour water to cook.
- Step 6
Cover and cook until soft.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
