Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/4 tsp oil, add black peppercorns,1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup diced beetroot, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, moong dal and water as required
- Step 3
Cover and cook until soft
- Step 4
Using a blender, blend to a smooth consistency
- Step 5
Pour 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 7
Mix everything well
- Step 8
Garnish with chopped pudina and serve warm.
