Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Soak 2 tbsp buckwheat and 2 tbsp urad dal. Ferment overnight, blend with water and make smooth paste.
- Step 2
Grease idli mould with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Pour idli batter in the idli mould.
- Step 4
Steam till it is cooked and cut idli into pieces.
- Step 5
Spread 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd on idli, add 1 tsp jaggery, 1/8 tsp salt, sprinkle 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp pomegranate.
- Step 6
Give a nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve fresh.
