- Step 1
In a bowl add boiled whole moong, 1.5 tbsp boiled mashed arbi, boiled sweet corn and mix well.
- Step 2
Season with 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/8 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp chopped pudina and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Mix everything well and divide the mixture into even sized cutlets.
- Step 4
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil and roast the cutlets until crisp and golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 5
Make a spread by grinding boiled peas, 1 tbsp chopped celery leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp salt until smooth and keep aside.
- Step 6
Slice the burger bun into 2 halves, place 1 lettuce leaf, add the moong cutlet and spread 1 spoonful of the spread.
- Step 7
Place 3 cucumber slice, 2 onion slice, 1 tomato slice.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 9
Cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 10
Serve with ketchup or dip of your choice.
