Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp diced baby corn and saute until soft.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 cup coconut milk, pour water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 5
Mix well and simmer for a minute.
- Step 6
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves and 1/2 tsp soya sauce.
- Step 7
Simmer for 2 minutes and set it aside.
- Step 8
In a bowl, add the pad thai rice noodles and top it up with khaowsuey curry.
- Step 9
Garnish peanuts, 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 10
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 11
Serve it hot.
