For Pickle Masala
In a grinder add 1/2 tbsp rai,1/2 tsp fennel seed,1/4 tsp ajwain,1/8 tsp methi seed,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp black salt,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp hing and grind it into a fine powder.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji.
- Step 3
For Cabbage Pickle
In a bowl add 3 tbsp chopped cabbage,1/8 tsp nigella seed, pickle masala,1/2 tbsp mustard oil,1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/8 tsp haldi, water as required and mix it well.
- Step 4
Pour pickle in an airtight container and store it.

Serve
