Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp sugar, add water as required and mix well.
- Step 2
Transfer to an aluminum tin and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a bowl, beat 1 egg, 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tsp custard powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Add sugar mixture and stir well.
- Step 5
Transfer the mixture to the aluminum vessel.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 7
Place the aluminium vessel in a double boiler.
- Step 8
Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until set,
- Step 9
Demould the custard gently
- Step 10
Serve.
