- Step 1
For Caramelized Jaggery Powder
In a pan add 1.5 tbsp chopped jaggery, little water, and stir it till it turns to a brown syrup.
- Step 2
Pour in a mold greased with 1/8 ghee and set it.
- Step 3
Once set, remove with a spoon and grind it into a fine powder.
- Step 4
For Peda
In a nonstick pan add 1/3 cup khoa, caramelized jaggery and stir it to a thick consistency.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well.
- Step 6
Cool down the mixture and make small round pedas. Then make a dent in the center of the peda.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped pista and serve.
