Prepreparation
Cook 2 tsp rice and keep aside.

In a bowl, add cooked rice, 1 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/4 tsp black til, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds.
- Step 4
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
In a nonstick pan, add 1.25 tsp oil and spread the above pancake mixture.
- Step 6
Cover & cook till done.
- Step 7
Flip the pancake and cook on the other side.
- Step 8
Serve it hot.
